Samskrithi 2018 will begin today
Samskrithi 2018- the two day national conference discussing the novel trends and troubles in cultural heritage studies will begin today. The program will be inaugurated by the Honorable Minister for the departments of Museum- port- archives Sri Kadannappalli Ramachandran . Vice Chancellor prof. Anil Vallathol will preside over the function and Dr. Scariya Sacharia will give the key note address.
There will be discussions on heritage industry, heritage and knowledge production, cultural heritage and cultural history , mother tongue and script in the conference. As part of the conference, there will be cultural programmes such as tholpavakkoothu performed by Ustad Rajiv Pulavar .
