Convocation ceremony on 30th January 2018

The third convocation ceremony of Thunchathezhuthachan Malayalam University will takeplace in the university auditorium at 11.30am on 30th January 2018. Dr. Rajan Gurukkal, Vice Chairman, higher education council will be the chief guest. The students who have completed PG and M. Phil courses from the varsity in the years 2015-2017 will be given certificates. The events will be presided over by the vc Dr. Usha Titus, Sri Mammootty MLA , MP Sri. E. T. Muhamed Basheer, Controller of examinations Pro.M. Sreenathan, registrar Dr. K.M Bharathan, Dean, Students welfare Dr. T. Anithakumary, And students union chairman Sri. K. Pranav will also take part in the event. All students are requested to reach the university by 11 am as informed by the registrar. post graduate degrees will be given to students of ten PG courses offered in the university. 168 students will receive degrees in the following subjects. Linguistics, Literature studies, Creative writing, Cultural heritage studies, History, Media Studies, Film Studies, environmental studies, Local development studies and Sociology
