Thunchath Ezhuthachan Malayalam University gives an award of Rs 10000 each to a maximum of 5 students every year as an incentive to the students of the University who write and publish books during their course period. Students will be notified at a specified time each year to submit books to be considered for the award. Books are selected for the award by a jury consisting of the Publication Advisor, Director of Student’s Welfare and Director of the School of Creative Writing. Then the awards will be distributed in a ceremony held at the Malayalam University.
