Samskrithi 2018 will begin on 20th July.
Samskrithi 2018- the two day national conference discussing the novel trends and troubles in Cultural Heritage Studies will begin on Friday, 20th July. The program will be inaugurated by the Honorable Minister for the departments of Museum- port- archives Sri Kadannappalli Ramachandran in the university auditorium- Rangasala. Vice Chancellor prof. Anil Vallathol will preside over the function and Dr. Scariya Sacharia will give the key note address.
Dr. Aju K narayanan, Dr. Swaroop Rai and K. V. Sajitha will present papers on ‘heritage and industry’ on the inaugural day. As part of the conference, there will be cultural programmes such as tholpavakkoothu performed by Ustad Rajiv Pulavar . on the second day, there will be discussions and paper presentations on heritage and knowledge production, cultural heritage and cultural history , mother tongue and script.
