Department of Environmental Studies student bagged CUBE fellowship
Ms. Dhimna Raj, Second year M. A student of Department of Environmental studies received CUBE fellowship 2018. The fellowship is awarded to encourage young researchers of masters level to take up any research studies in the field of Urban biodiversity and conservation. The fellowship is offered by ‘ Centre for Biodiversity and Conservation Centre Coimbatore.’ The study will be conducted in the supervision of Dr. Dhanya. R, Assistant Professor, Department of Environmental studies on ‘Conserving the mangrove species along the urban stretches of the river Tirur in Malappuram District. ‘
