Addressing the students on the second day of the workshop on script writing conducted by the department of film studies, Malayalam University, renowned literature and script writer Santhosh Echikkanam said that a film is not merely an art form but rather a collage of the efforts of many people. He added that scripts are not written according to the preferences of the script writer but rather according to how the director envisions it. Professor Madhu Eravankara visiting professor, Department of film studies also addressed the students. The students were given practical training in script writing in the following sessions.
